• Organise floral arrangements for the church, reception, the bride`s and bridesmaids` bouquets, and mothers` flowers

3 MONTHS

• Buy gift for bridesmaids, best man, ushers and page boys
• Finalise honeymoon/wedding night details

2 MONTHS

• Make an appointment with your wedding co-ordinator to finalise details
• Post invitations
• Record acceptances and declines
• Send out gift list
• Reply immediately for presents received

1 MONTH

• Discuss reception final numbers and seating plan
• Organise dress and suit fittings
• Book an appointment with the hairdresser
• Practise wedding make up
• Prepare newspaper announcement
• Organise stag/hen night at least a week before the wedding day

1 WEEK

• Make final checks- cake, flowers, photographer and transport
